Hello! Yoga has been my passion since 2013, when I first encountered yogic culture. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to my personal development as a practitioner and also as a teacher.

Since 2021, I’ve been leading group and private classes in Vienna, which include both physical and breathing exercises.

Additionally, I offer Hatha Yoga Flow & Pranayama classes, as well as guided meditations and Ayurveda coaching.

• 04/21 – Present: Yoga Instructor/Yoga Retreat Organizer
  • Individual and group classes in Hatha Yoga
  • Organization of group trips (Sicily, Southern Italy, duration 4-7 days) Planning and leading classes and meditation sessions; Planning and organizing additional activities
• 09/21 – Present: Hatha Yoga Instructor
  • Designing yoga class sequences and lesson planning for various levels, beginners and advanced
  • Supporting students in developing their body and mind awareness as well as their physical strength
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of students during classes
