My name is Christian Binder, and I am the founder and head coach at Vigor District Two.

Since our studio was founded, it has always been my goal to create a place where people don’t just come for the workout. Rather, our goal is to provide top-notch, personal support on the training floor while creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and everyone involved has fun. Together with my small but excellent team, I work with great joy every day to achieve this goal.

In doing so, I try not only to bring in my knowledge from my sports science education and my experience as a competitor and coach in strength and combat sports, but above all to pass on the fun of training and movement to our members.
