Meine sportliche Reise begann fr\u00fch bei der Sportunion Donaufeld mit Schwimmen und Bodenturnen. Sp\u00e4ter sammelte ich umfangreiche Erfahrung in Kampfsportarten wie Karate, Kickboxen, Krav Maga, MMA und Boxen sowie bei Wettk\u00e4mpfen im CrossFit, Triathlon und diversen Obstacle Runs.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Als \u00dcbungsleiter f\u00fcr Gesundheit, Fitness und Seniorensport im USPC Hietzing unterst\u00fctze ich aktuell vor allem erwachsene Mitglieder mit einem Programm, das Beweglichkeit, Koordination und Kraft gezielt verbessert. Durch Elemente aus Functional Training und Boxen wird das Gleichgewicht gest\u00e4rkt, die Neuroplastizit\u00e4t gef\u00f6rdert und Muskulatur aufgebaut.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Eigene Verletzungen f\u00fchrten mich zu einer intensiven Auseinandersetzung mit Mobility, Stabilit\u00e4t und Verletzungspr\u00e4vention. Dieses Wissen nutze ich heute gezielt, um Menschen sicher und effektiv zu trainieren \u2013 f\u00fcr mehr Kraft und Lebensfreude im
