We process your personal data (name, address, payment data, as well as optional delivery address, company name, phone number (mobile and\/or landline), fax number) as far as necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation and processing to the termination of a contract) as well as beyond that in accordance with the legal retention and documentation obligations resulting from, among others, the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), and until the end of any legal disputes, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.<\/p>

As part of operating our websites, we commission Martin Zinke (IT service provider), who could gain access to your personal data in the course of his activities, provided he needs the data to fulfill the respective service.           4.1. Your details, including personal data from our contact form, will be transmitted to us via our own mail server to process your inquiry, further processed, and stored by us. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. Without this data, we cannot process your inquiries.<\/p>

We would like to point out that for the purpose of a simpler shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator, Vigor Fitness, stores the IP data of the connection holder within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address, payment data, and optionally the delivery address, company name, phone number (mobile and\/or landline), and fax number of the buyer. In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: name, address, payment data, and optionally the delivery address, company name, phone number (mobile and\/or landline), and fax number. The data provided by you is necessary for contract fulfillment or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.<\/p>
